Purported Al Qaeda Letter Calls Truce in Spain

WE WANT BUSH TO WIN

The statement said it supported President Bush (news - web sites) in his reelection campaign, and would prefer him to win in November rather than the Democratic candidate John Kerry (news - web sites), as it was not possible to find a leader "more foolish than you (Bush), who deals with matters by force rather than with wisdom."

In comments addressed to Bush, the group said:

"Kerry will kill our nation while it sleeps because he and the Democrats have the cunning to embellish blasphemy and present it to the Arab and Muslim nation as civilization."

"Because of this we desire you (Bush) to be elected."

The neat thing about anonymous letters is that you can claim anything in them. If the letter claims to speak for a terrorist group, then it must be true.

Would it be trash if it said "Bush...and the Republicans" instead of "Kerry...and the Democrats"? ;)

Of course they do why U think they did it under Bush watch. Having a bafon like Bush in the whitehouse has been wonderful for thier cause and recruitment drive. Meanwhile our recuitment is down, treasury is going broke, and we are being relegated to begging other nations for support in this "war on terror" ...what a sad state.

Actually if Bush wins that will mean that the economy had recovered and Iraq became a hell of a lot less of a mess than it is now.

I see. It's not the content that makes it trash, it's the lack of a source. Correct?

If it Al Qaeda publically supported Kerry like this, you know hearsurgeon, CkG would be over all over it.

But it doesn't surprise me the least that they want Bush to win. After all he is doing their job for them, making the world hate us I mean. That means more recruits for them.

Bush will win either way. He has started this war and i believe people will let him finish it. Plus I've seen nothing to indicate Kerry will swing the economy one way or the other. Have you?

No, unfortunately the Dub has shown himself as either a dishonest individual or an incompetent leader who is easily manipulated by his handlers.

"Purported Al Qaeda...WE WANT BUSH TO WIN"

This is just as silly as the opposite view.

I doubt very much Al Qaeda's 'thought-process' parallels that of the P/N forum.

Exactly what I was talking about w/a friend of mine today.

I honestly think Bush wants to do the right thing but he's surrounded himself with power-hungry egoists who are using Bush as a puppet to do their bidding.

What about these people like whitman/O'neal who say they tried to talk in confernece with the man and it was as if the decision has already been made... no discussion needed or asked for? No, I think you all are quiet mistaken... bush knows exactly what he wants and that's free reign to ass rape the enviroment/tax payers/labor to benefit his blue blood frat buddies who put him there. And I don't think the the man is stupid either like many seems to think. His "salt of the earth" ranching and Christian routine is a really good rouse and has convined many to stay loyal. Pure genious.

If I was a bit younger, I would.

I work with many veterans who support the President and our wars.

I pay taxes.

I vote.

I can support war. I can support my country. I can support my president.

and

I DO!!

Bush has done an excellent job of uniting our enemies against us. He even went as far as to create new enemies where they didn't exist such as Europe, Asia, Africa, Antarctica, ect...

So that's what he meant by being a uniter, not a divider...
