Your choice of the word horrible is almost as amusing as franken for Congress.

What has Coleman done that is "horrible"? Turn a funeral into a ranting political event or something ?

Wellstone's memorial was a ranting political event? News to me. I am shocked, since I watched the whole thing on television twice and spoke to people that were there. I live in Minnesota, and there has been a lot of coverage on this in the media. Much of the national media coverage took things out of context. This is probably why you're misinformed. Al Franken has a chapter of this in "Lies" and it is dead on. Pick up a copy. I'm sure he would appreciate your support.

Norm "Pinocchio" Coleman is the closest thing to a puppet there is. Have you ever seen him on national television? His opinions follow Bush like an attention starved puppy. Just to prove to our state that he wasn't a lapdog, he decided he would disagree with Bush on one (1) thing: oil drilling in the artic wilderness. He took a firm stance on it, and I applauded him for that. BUT once he was elected to office he changed his mind, and now says drilling in the artic might be a good idea. The man is sleazy.

Darn that Al Franken...

"In the Old West, and I would have loved to have been in the Old West, Al and I, we would have had a little shootout. We would have gone out on Willshire Avenue, six shooters. Now he's a much smaller target than I am, about 4'11, but he's wider and it would have been, you know, Clint Eastwood time, you know, I would have the sharout, shirapi (sp?) and I had my squint, and I would have put a bullet right between his head. " --Bill O'Reilly.
