Anyone used this, or anything similar? I've always used manual fan control, but something like this combined with decent PWM fans may make life much easier (can't get speedfan and/or speed via voltage to work on my mobo).

Pretty smart combining it with a molex connector so you're not trying to run three fans off of one header.
 
I ordered something similar(Rosewill brand from Newegg) and just recieved it today.
I don't have all the parts to my system yet so I can't say much...Still waiting on my second set of RAM stick from the egg(which was sent through DHL) because I don't want to go through the process of dismantling my entire system just to add a second set of stick.
