Akasa Neo 4870 is it loud?

I was thinking about picking up the Akasa Neo for my 4870. But I was worried about noise. I like silence and was wondering how this cooler compared to say the S1 with a 120mm 800 rpm fan on it. Is the Akasa a silent cooler or is it loud?

Probably not, but that cooler is no better than the reference design
