I found this case looking around at xtrem forums and it looks to be a case that I would really like to have but cant seem to find any place that sales it other than one site Akasa Eclipise-62 that list it but being out of stock, It is also said they they will not carry it any more.

I can find it in the UK for sale but not the US.

Nowhere - you could try a self-import - contact the Akasa office in England. There was one place but he gave up on it. The Silverstone TJ09 is the closest to be found here but for a lot more bucks.

Quite a few denizens of this section would like it if one could get them here. AFAIK, there is no North American office of Akasa, so any of their branded products you see at US sites are self-imports. Many of their products can be had under other names as they don't make much of what they sell - basically packagers/marketers like Antec. I think the Eclipse is made for them by InWin.

Not any more - overcool is the one mentioned and linked by the OP. It's just a sucker bait page to get folks to the site. He has no intention of stocking them again but he keeps the page live to draw in the rubes - at least he did have them once. Is there anything that can be done about that? I'd like to be able to report the practice when I see it. Other sites use their Chenbro Gaming Bomb II pages (which they NEVER had in stock) for the same purpose. I REALLY HATE THAT!!!

Ooops, didn't see the link!

If you still want the Eclipse, send me a PM ( Private Message ) to hook you up with a contact at Akasa to find a resolution ( or a seller near you )

Check ebay.co.uk - I only mention this because I was trying to find an 8pin EPS12V extension cable yesterday and stumbled upon a seller in London who ships Akasa parts (fans, cables) internationally. Maybe he can get you one? Shipping price was reasonable to Canada (for a cable anyway).

Ok thanks I will try to email him and see what happens out of it. If I don't get something solid back by the time we see the price drop on the Intel Core 4 CPU's I will just have to spend the extra for a silverstone case.
What I read is Overcool stopped stocking them do to shipping cost of getting them here if that is the case then it might be just as expensive to get one of these as it would be to get a TJ09.
I just have a problem with keeping the room were my PC as cool as it should be, so I want a nice case that offers good air flow and that is big. May have to go with water cooling but that would take a lot more $ that I could use instead to get better hardware or software.

The CM Stacker and the TJ09 were my choices until I saw this case.

Oh and I did try Ebay before I posted this, had no luck though.

XClio Windtunnel would do well in your application for less than half the cost of the TJ09. It's a pretty serious case - 1.0 SECC steel, etc. Or the iStar Nitro 10000L (that's ten thousand L) series - be sure it's the L as the regular 10000 can't do the 12x13 mobo - newegg gives the L measurement, but it's actually the non-L). The only reason I mentioned the TJ09 was due to the size and the mobo drawer with the 120 mm fan on it. You can get killer cooling for much less. If one I mentioned doesn't float your boat, I can list a bunch more possibles. Even the Coolermaster Stackers are nice. Or even the new Enermax Uber Chakra - the Egg has them.

Yea I mentioned that the Stacker and the TJ09 were both 2 case's I was Looking at before I saw the Akasa Eclipse , All 3 case's had room to water cool if I found that I need to and had enough room for the 8800GTX and big PSU. The new P-190 looks like it might be a Killer case and saw on the thread here that said it will be out 2nd quarter so that may be something else to get if I cant find the Akasa Eclipse.

For some reason the Akasa Eclipse case appeals to me more than any other case I have seen. The Link I gave to it do not a good detal of the case nor the reviews on it.
But the Windtunnel is to fancy for me I like the more basic look in a Case.
