AK38N

I have a pair of the MSI versions of the KT333 chipset. Been pretty happy with those. I would assume the shuttle version would be okay. Certainly a step up from the KT133, in that it should support DDR ram, 166 fsb (with appropriate dividers for the PCI and AGP bus) and full support up to Athlon XP 3000. It should also be able to unlock the multipliers on the T-Bred and Barton core CPU. Here in the USA, they are available for $52 shipped from newegg.com. I can't imagine a better board for $52 US delivered. But I would go the extra $20 for the Shuttle AN35N Nforce 2 board. Mine has been a very pleasant surprise and the KT 333 boards really can't compete with it.
