AK35GTR and AGP bus overclocking probs

I've got an AK35GTR, Athlon XP 1800, PC 2700 ram (crucial 2.5), and a Radeon 8500 128. I'm having some trouble overclocking to a fast bus speed. I can only get to 146 stable.

I can run boot up to about 160 and get windows up and running pretty stable at 150-155. I can run sandra cpu tests at those speeds. But, every time I run any video intensive test (3dmark, Q3, etc) my system either freezes or reboots. I'm thinking it is the video card that is causing the problem. I only have two cards in the system. The video card and a linksys lan card. I can't up the agp voltage (as far as I know).

Couple of questions.
Anything I can do to make the agp more stable? I've turned off fastwrites and a few other things.
I'd like to find a chart that lists the agp and pci speeds at each fsb speed. Anyone know where I can find something like that?
Third question. Would it be worth my time to take the epox 8kha+ out of my second computer and try upping the agp voltage? (not using the raid functions of the GTR anymore)

from 133-165 cpu fsb, pci is 1/4 of that and agp is 2x pci

so at:
160fsb
pci: 40
agp: 80

...most likely its the pci...

get to 166 and 1/5 pci divider will kick in...if the board has it?
what chipset is the board again?

It is a 266a. 166 is tough. I can't seem to get it unlocked. Had no problem with the 1600 in the other machine but this one is tough. I'll try again, though.
