AK31A + TBred

The thoroughbred won't work in the ak31a. To my knowledge, there's no bios upgrade to recognize it. The board is good for the palamino xp2100 (.18 micron).
 
Not true. I have a tbred in my ak31a v3.1 working just fine. In fact, I've got it running at 2250 - might be able to get more but my cooling isn't the best in that system.

Are you using the latest BIOS?
 
The AK31A will run the Tbred A`s (dont think so on the B`s...?) It just wont recognize the chip but will boot and operate no problem...
