AIW X800 XT vs 6800 ultra

I am sure this topic has been discussed heavily but I'm wondering if you guys could help me make a final decision by adding your opinions/experiences.

1) The 6800U is horribly overpriced. The 6800GT is a much better value -- and if you're looking at PCIe, the X800XL is even better bang/buck (although, FWIW, it doesn't have SM3.0 -- see numerous huge threads on this).

2) If you want a TV tuner, get a regular video card and a separate PCI tuner instead. This way you can upgrade the tuner and video card separately.

please please please buy an asbestos suit before u go in here...the flames are damn hot.

yes seperate tv tuner is a good idea, that way you can still keep it when you decide to change graphics cards
