I have a x10 video camera, and I am interested in hooking it up to my computer. What type of video card would I need to do this? I'm guessing VIVO would do it, but what software would I use to view the stream? Also, I am interested in hooking up my TV to my computer, so I can watch and record it onto my computer. Is there a video card out there that would do both of these features?
I already have an ATI Radeon 9500 Pro, so I cannot get another AGP card. Is there any PCI video cards that will provide both these features (or even one of the features?)? LMK what the good brands in these catagories (as far as software/support goes).
If possible, could someone give choices in the $40-60 range? Perfect quality picture is not a top priority, and I wouldn't mind buying it used, and long as it came with all the accessories.
Sorry for ranting, but I had a bunch of random questions! Any input/ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. On second thought, this may have been better placed in the Video forum, but it does have to do with TV tuners.....which isn't EXACTLY video related... Feel free to move is seen as necesary.
