Can the AIW Radeon record multiple, simultaneous shows? I have played around in the settings and do not see a way to. Did I overlook it, or does the card not support simultaneous recording?

no it's not possible, you can record multiple but no simultaneous. Computers are just now getting enough juice to record 1 show, you'd need some serious power for two simultaneous.

Good point! Hadn't thought about that.

On processing power though, I have not noticed a substantial amount of CPU/RAM utilization while recording with the AIW. Granted I am running a XP1600, but is the speed of today's machines still a bottle neck for this sort of use?

if you start recording at higher and higher resolutions, you'll notice "frames dropped". At that point, you know you don't have enough CPU/Memory power to record at that resolution and need more.
