AIW Radeon 32 meg DDR AGP: What does the 3d power compare to?

same as regular Radeon 32M DDR,
Geforce2 GTS level.

Classic ATi Radeon core at 166/166. It's still a reasonably capable gaming card.
Performs slower the a GF2 GTS, but quite a bit faster then a GF2 MX400.

Will a T-bird 1 gig @ 1.33 (fsb 266) push it to its limits performance wise?

Depends on the resolutions and games. If you are asking; is the 32mb AIW and a 1Ghz a good match, I would say yes.
