Ok...I am about to build my new comp:

256 mb ram

Here is my plan..I want to take all of my VHS tapes and record them to VCD. What is the best Vid capture card. I was lookin at the AIW, but I read that people were having large problems getting it to work with other video codecs, and something about a 4 GB filesize limit. I play CS and maybe some Q3A. Should I go with the Asus or the Radeon?

(I also will use Win2k as main OS, but 98SE for games)
