AIW International question

I'm looking at getting an AIW 9700 card, but I'm living in expensive England, so I'm thinking about importing from America (saving around $100), my question is will there be a problem with setting up the software and hardware, as in PAL / NTSC and the TVGuide+ software defaulting to US programs etc.

US AIW cards feature NTSC tuners, UK versions are PAL.
