AIW 9700 pro version #

ok, i've heard that different versions (1.0, 1.1. 1.3) of the 9700 pro cause problems. since the AIW 9700 pro came out later, what's the deal with the version #s? are only version 1.3 boards good? or is any revision ok? losing patience and already spent a solid amount of money...

Some of the original 9700 Pro's had problems running @ 8X AGP, so ATI came out with newer revision to address the issue.
