AIW 8500DV + Samsung 570V screen flicker --help needed

Someone please comment on this!

Just bought AIW 8500DV. I expected a lot. However, my LCD (Samsung 570V) doesn't like the video card. No matter what refresh rate I use, the display flickers a little bit. For normal use, such as watching DVD, using internet explorer, the problem isn't that much, but when I close all the application and look at the blue background, the flicker problem is so obvious that it looks like using 40 or 50 refresh rate.

Before the upgrade, I had a old computer with onboard video card which was also from ATI, and the display was perfect. Do you guys have any thoughts about it? Is it possible that the video card is defective or low quality? Do you think getting another one can slove the problem?

Thanks!

Bump for the question:

Are you guys all successful with this card using LCD through DVI to VGA connector? No flicker or anything? Also I found that the TV images look darker compared to a real TV.
