I'm builidng a dual celeron 366 for a friend...and the a drive light won't go off...the computer does not recognize it... i can bypass this by haulting on no errors and boot of cd-rom(NT)..but then nt still doesn't recognize the drive...i've drived another drive and the same thing happens...i've also tried all possible cable connections...can anyone give me a direction to go...is the motherboard bad? or is it something in the bios?..also after i'll be fooling around with the comp for a while trying to get it to work......it just wont turn on for a while.....and then if i come back in an hour ..it'll turn on fine......??????

The usual stuff; make sure that the drive jumpers are correct, that the cable is connected to the IDE connector, not the UDMA66 connector, etc. You may simply have a bad Hard drive; try a different one.
