I am new to airwatch. what can be tracked and what cant be tracked? Can my company track my movements via gps? where Ive been and such? Can my text messages and emails be read? Can photos be viewed? Can calls be listened to?

Ive heard rumors that the administrator can listen using the microphone on your phone.

Yes.

and emails be read?

Yes, but not because they have control of the phone. But because they're the administrator and can give themselves full access permission to your mailbox whenever they feel like it. Never assume your work email is private, regardless of if its on your phone or not.

Can photos be viewed?

No.

Can calls be listened to?

what happens if I disable the gps locator? Can I still be tracked? What about a photo i take? how private is that?
