Airport Express safe to use in bathroom?

I guess it depends on where you live. Here in Arizona bathroom humidity never gets over 90%. 🙂

You probably would be better off, putting the A.E. unit in the closet or someplace that is enclosed (or not constantly exposed to the moisture from the shower/bath tub). Even a cabinet underneath the bathroom sink could work, assuming it's dry and the pipes are not leaking.

It's worth a shot, but you'd be better off placing the A.E. unit outside the bathroom. Just saying...

By that rationale, one could not use an AE in Panama or other tropical places in any room. The humidity is frequently over 90%. Alyarb's question is a good one. Why have it in the bathroom anyway?

I'm not 100% clear on what you're trying to do, but I am not very familiar with the Airport Express either. It is just a mini access point or something? If so, I don't know why you would put that in a bathroom. If you want to surf the web while on the can, I assume you have a laptop with wireless connectivity and the AP could be anywhere.

I have a Tivoli radio that's safe to use in the bathroom. I also use iTunes to stream music over my wireless network. I'd like to be able to combine the two..
