Airplay alternative for android

Dear all,

I currently own an iPhone 4. I would like to replace it by an android phone (I haven't choose which one yet).
I am using airplay a lot, mainly to stream music from spotify on my iPhone to my Amp (with an Airport express between both).

I would like to know if there is something equivalent on android phones.

I know that I could use a spotify remote, or install some apps on android that are able to stream mp3 to some receivers, but that's not what I am after.

I would like a "System Wide" functionality to stream my medias from any app of my phone when I am at Home.
I have a computer which is always on that I could use as a relay.

Any advice ?

I have an Android phone, but use an Airport Express to stream iTunes from my PC to it, and to my receiver. Never fails, but the only way I've been able to stream from my phone to my receiver is via DLNA. That also worked like a charm, but both DLNA devices must be able to see each other. Also, I could not get any DRM-laden tracks (ala Apple MP4s from the Apple Store; this may be more of a receiver issue than the track) to play via DLNA. MP3s, FLAC, WAV, no problem.
