Airplane mode and toggle switches suddenly disappeared!!!

Suddenly they are gone, they were there ten minutes ago. Anybody have a clue?

Bluetooth/WiFi driver update to a version that doesn't let Windows disable RF?

I've been trying all the usual fixes but to no avail....it just won't be repaired. Also now foobar2000 won't play music anymore either....hmmmm.
