Airplane kites?

Anyone have one of these? I'm looking for one for my dad's birthday. He likes flying kites but has never flown any but the basic ones.

Which ones would you recommend and from where?

But anyone know...the dual line kites aren't hard to fly are they?

That's funny, but I was thinking of reeling out a few hundred meters of line with a kite or something that flies that could hold a small camera. A bet a trashbag full of helium would work!
