when I came home from work and start my laptop I could not access internet at all even though linksys befw11s4 and airlink cardbus establed conntected wirelessly but no internet access at all. It works just fine in the past I never bother to change settings. I noticed my roommate's laptop used same IP address as my laptop I don't know how to change it

my roommate's dell 700m with Windows XP home edition
my laptop with windows 98 se
my desktop with windows 2000 pro

Help will be apprecited.

in a command window on all the machines.
