So as I'm sure u all know the airflow on a 590 has a fan center blowing air out the front and rear of the card. What's the best case setup for airflow? The front fan on the case is normally the intake however it seems it should be an outtake because of the hot air build up in that pocket of the front of the card. I do not have a case yet. Looking for recommendations.

You want cool air to come from the front/bottom and have good airflow fans at the top/rear to expell the warm air since heat rises.

Conventional case design should work just fine as it intakes cool air from the bottom and the exhausted air from the back end will rise. It will affect the CPU temps slightly if you're using an air cooler.
