Airflow as good as the Antec 300 but quieter?

I'm looking to get a new case. Needs to fit my Xigmatek HDT-1283 HSF and GTX 260 and I'd like it to be as cool as the Antec 300, but nicer looking and quieter.

Would an Antec Solo with a Scythe Kama Bay intake fan be a good alternative?

Well, I've already sold the Antec 300 to a buddy to help him out with an overheating graphics card. I did buy 4 Scythe S-Flex 120mm fans before I did that which I would like to reuse.

Ah, ok. Here's my take on the Solo (from my experiences with P150)

Pros:
- Stock HDD suspension
- No resonance from case - benefits of steel and insulation
- Great for standard office work

Cons:
- 2x92mm fans in front - for decent air they'll be louder/more whiny than 2x120mm fans.
- Heavy for its size
- Front fan filter ends up being super restrictive once any dust at all builds up there
- Not quite enough airflow for an overclocked burner.

A Kama Bay would be a really good addition, but the Solo only has 3x5.25" bays. You won't be able to install an optical drive or anything else.

What's your budget?

Hm, well I only have a mild OC (Boost FSB from 333 to 400) so I don't know what kind of heat that's producing relative to stock, and my graphics card has a blower fan.

Is the 3/5" adapter bay not removable? My plan was to take out that for use with the Kama Bay. I'd like to keep it around $100 for the case but could go to $200 as long as it remains aesthetically pleasing. Being sold on Amazon is a big plus.

doh! you're right...was confusing the Solo with the 300. Yes, the 3.5 is removeable.

That's alright. Think that with the addition of the Kama Bay I'd be getting pretty decent airflow? I was looking at the CM 690 but it seems like more of the same compared to my old Antec 300.
