Airborne Express shipping

I just missed a package that was shipped to me via Airborne Express. The package was supposed to be delivered tomm, but it was attempted today. The only reason I know is that I checked the tracking page online. Does Airborne usually leave some sort of notification like FedEx or UPS? I didnt get anything... The website says they will make 2 delivery attempts. What happens after that?

I dislike their service. They are always late and never tell me when they try to deliver to my house. Boo

they must not like you

My airborne deliveries are quick and even make several attempts if i drop them a call.
 
If you have the tracking number, call them up. They will arrange something with you. Airborne is pretty flexible and try to please.
 
I missed their delivery attempt once and they called me and left a message. I think they offered me an option of either having them attempt delivery one more time, or going in and picking it up myself.
 
I wish Microsoft would stop using Airborne Express as the only shipping option @ their retail training site. :disgust::frown:

 
Wow, I called and got through instantly. I talked to a guy who was very nice and helpful. They can't schedule a time for delivery, but if I leave a note with instructions they will follow them. Thanks for the help.
