Effecting all flights into and out of Southern California.
Arizona, Utah, and Nevada also affected.

Traffic mess.

Sorry to bump this thread but as an old diesel mechanic, I must speak. The story has not been fleshed out but here's what might surface.

The stand-by generators were never serviced or the ppl that were supposed to do it, just signed off the service. Just as with hospital power plants, those bad boys MUST be run up & tested atleast once a month if not once a week. The batteries used for starting must be check at the same time. Asshat service ppl should be sued into next year.
