I bought a couple pneumatic nailers at an auction last year and finally got around to ordering kits for them to rebuild them (new O rings and such).

I got one done (bostich stapler) and it works perfectly. I'm having trouble with the other nailer. It's a Senco SNFII nailer and I've replaced all the O rings. The problem appears to be in the trigger assembly. If you depress the trigger, you can hear the air escape inside the gun, but it doesn't push the piston down to hit the nail. I've taken the trigger assembly apart probably 10 times and it looks correct, but I can't figure out why this isn't working.

Trying to find a forum where I can get help with this, but not finding much out there. Any suggestions? It's a nice nail gun, I just am at wits end trying to figure out why it doesn't work. I took some photos of the trigger assembly that I'll post later from home. Maybe someone will see whats wrong with it..

Could just be stuck between cycles, I've had that happen before. Turn it upside down and bang it on the work bench a couple times.

My framing nailer was doing the same thing, I just replaced the trigger valve assembly. It was only like $13

I can't find one. I've looked on ebay and other places as well.
