is it better to have more air going into a case or out of? here is what im thinking 120mm front air=in 69 cfm, 92mm side=in 42cfm, 92mm back=out 42 cfm, and 92mm top=out 42 cfm plus psu.

I have always felt it is more important to get the hot air out. The only problem with negative case presure is that it makes things get dusty faster. I use case filters so that is not a big problem. Sometimes with a positive case presure you create weird airflow patterns which can lead to hot spots.
