1. How important is it to have your intake blow fater than your exhaust, by how much?


2. Why do some fans have BOTH a 3-pin and 4-pin adapter? To read the rpms and get extra power?
 
Ideally the best situation is 1:1 Having high pressure inside does not do what most people intend, keeping the dust out. Instead it gets trapped inside the low pressure places inside your case (tons of them) and having a low pressure case just sucks all the dust inside.
