Air Flow for CM Stacker 830 SE

Hello folks, I just put together a new system, but am having problems getting good airflow through my CM Stacker 830 SE and I need it because I have a thermalright ultra 120 Extreme heat sink so if my interior case temp is high then the heat sink ain't gonna help!

So here are my issues:
The case comes stock with an intake (bottom front) and exhaust (mid-rear). and there are plenty of slots for fans. I can only fits two 120mm fans into the side bracket because the thermalright heatsink goes straight up to the side and a fan won't fit. Also, my power cables for my 2 video cards stick out into where a fourth fan on the side should be so I have two side fans going at 1000 rpm about 37-38cfm each. I got the intake in the front also 1000rpm i think and i got the exhaust.

There is a top fan slot for another exhaust which I made use of, adding another 120mm 1000rpm fan so I have two exhasts top mid and rear mid. And I also added another intake, above the bottom front so I have bottom front and bottom-mid intakes and mid-rear, mid top exhausts and 2 side fan intakes.

Now I have a power supply, and at first I mounted it so it cools downward, but I'm thinking if I have a PSU cooling downward and right in front if it I have an exhaust, it doesn't make any sense. So I'm thinking of switching the PSU to blow up as another exhaust. That's a pretty beefy fan, beefier than the other fans I have in the case. Then I have 2 more 120mm fans attached to my heat sink, both blowing up towards the top (1 intake, 1 exhaust).

So for the case, I have 4 120mm 1000rpm fans (2 front 2 side)

for exhaust, I have 3 fans, 2 120mm and 1 huge PSU fan, 1 back, 2 top. then I have two fans attached to the heat sink blowing up.

Does this sound like a good build? I'm scared that there's too much exhaust.

what do yo ugys think? Another option is to have everything pushing air in except the one exhaust in the back.

help anyone? my cpu with all of that cooling is still up at around 40c and it's a 45nm e8400. I don't really get it, I should be getting temps around 30c--my room is pretty hot though it's about 30c.

Does all this sound right?

You guys are the best, thanks

The fans that come with most C-M cases are pretty quiet, but wimpy. Before you start trying any side fans, top fans or other surplusage, make sure you have the proper low front to upper rear air flow going in an adequate quantity to cool your system. Your CPU cooler's fan(s) should be working in concert with the natural flow of the case rather than across it.
. If you find that any other fans you want to add, do some experimentation to see if they actually add anything to the cooling. Adding fans willy-nilly won't generally help overall cooling. On the side fans, you may need to be sure they aren't working against the flow for the CPU cooler. You may need to arrange a baffle for the side fans to make sure the air goes in a useful direction. Any uncontrolled venting can wreak havoc on a carefully planned cooling scheme by short-circuiting the flows. Air, like electricity, water and students, will take the path(s) of least resistance.

Thanks for the advice, zepper! based on your advice, I switched the cpu fans instead of facing up to face back toward the rear exhaust for better lower-front to top-back airflow. I kept the two top exhausts and the two side intakes. I don't know if that does anything, but I don't know if switching the ps fan back down would do anything either... (right now it's facing up).
