air duct case

i just bought an air duct case.

do i put a fan on the side panel with the air duct or not.

i got zalman 7000 alcu and xp90 with a vantec thermoflow.

should i put the xp90 with the fan arrow toward outside of the case or toward on the cpu.

Hello

No, you don't need to put a fan with the air duct. The cpu fan will do just fine pulling air in on top of it. That is if the air duct line up on top of the cpu.....

You can try both ways if you want, but mine was actuall cooler without using a fan on the duct (quieter too) 🙂

If it's on the side,normally it should be orientated towards the cpu.
