Air conditioned car seats - do they exist/actually work?

Heated seats are nice for those -50 days when the seats are hard like a rock. I could see air conditioned seats being nice for summer when it's like +50 in the car. Especially if it's leather seats.

Dude. This has literally blown my mind tonight. I travel all the time for work and not ONCE have I ever had this feature in a car. I had no clue this existed.
