air compressor wirring help

Hello all as the title says I need help wirring my air compressor motor.
its what I was told a 1-5 Europe motor it originally was set up to run on 220 but has been converted to 110 I would like to know how I switch it back to 220 I will post a pic of the little box on top of the motor with the wires in it thanks in advance for any and all help.

We are going to need a lot more info to help with this one. model/hp rating on motor? does it require 50hz or 60hz? etc....

puncuation is also helpful.
