I just realized you live in the UK. 😱 🙂

I just remember my family trip back in '97, when we flew into Gatwick. Best flight, ever. The food was good, everything was good.

Try it, you'll never go back to BA.

I took BA to Australia on a 747 once. The flgiht itself was agonizing as the seats were so cramp and I was in the middle of the 5-seater row. 🙁 Not to mention, the food was.........meh....

HEY HERE'S A TIP! IF THE PLANE IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE A "SCHEDULED" (but not according to our tickets?) STOP IN SWEDEN, HOW BOUT U TELL THE FRIGGIN PASSENGERS *BEFORE* THE FLIGHT SO THEY CAN PLAN CONNECTING FLIGHTS ACCORDINGLY!!!

Oh, and BTW, a 30 minute refueling stop in Sweden won't be 30 minutes when you know there's blowing snow and ice on the wings so DON'T LIE TO US!!!

Just be glad they didn't ignore the "low fuel" light but decided to stop for fuel -- instead of trying to make it on the vapors to your destination.

They could've been the new Gimli Glider,
diff article.

Because of Metric/English screwup in the fuel conversion, the 767 landed as a glider.

You haven't lived until you've flown Thai Airways. Or should that be, you shouldn't plan to live if you fly Thai Airways.

Swiss Air was the best service-wise. Wine / Cheese whenever you asked for it, for free 😀 This was 4 years ago...

Yeah, 4 years or 5 was the last time I flew Swiss air, and I remember their meals and service were excellent.
