Air bubbles not clearing?

For some reason my loop is staying a milky white colour (due to air bubbles I'm assuming) while using PC Ice coolant (which has worked fine the other times). I just rebuilt part of my loop and made it shorter and put everything back together. Usually it takes about 1 hour for the loop to go clear but I've left it on for several hours and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. The loop has a MCP355 with EK top, MCR120-QP res, BI GTS240, Fuzion V1, Maze4.

Any ideas?

Are you using a T-line? Any loose tubing on barbs? Is there a port open for the air to escape?

No t-line, the rad I'm using has a built in resevoir so that has a port for air to escape since I left it open. I don't think there's any loose tubing since it doesn't seem to be leaking. I left it overnight and it's sort of half way to being fully clear...it's not completely milky anymore. It's never taken anywhere near this amount of time to clear up before.

Turn it off for a while, let it settle out and the bubbles coalesce into larger bubbles......then restart it. Repeat a few more times. Have seen PC Ice and other premix fluids need a few on-off-on cycles, with quite a few minutes between off and on, to get the bubbles to escape.

Well it sorta works...I left it off for a bit and tried again and it's a bit clearer now. Lol I hope I don't have to do this for like a week to get it clear. I'm surprised it's taking this long...it took at most 1-2 hours every other time I've refilled the loop.

Okay I left it off even longer and it's much better now but they're still there. I'll keep at it. Thanks for your suggestion Beanie46.

air can escape where there is no apparent leak. there might be a small pocket where air can enter but not large enough for a drop of water to get out. might not be your problem, but keep that in mind.

i leave my reservoir open and all my bubbles usually are out within 3-5 hours after a full flush

It seems to be clear now...I think it's due to the PC Ice I'm using..it's has a slightly different viscosity to water.
