Air Bag Fiasco

I know that millions of cars across the globe are being recalled because of issues with air bags. Either they are killing people or not deploying.

My Nissan has been recalled twice for the passenger air bag not deploying. Both times it was a quick reprogramming of a module. So after this latest time, the dash light is on, which says that the air bag is off. Should I call Nissan about this?
