AIO motherboard compatibility

I have a HP Pavilion AIO that doesn't power up. HP support said that the motherboard is broken and that it would cost me around 80% of a brand new unit to replace it so I said no. Opened it up and tried troubleshooting it myself to no avail.

The motherboard is not available where I'm from so i need to import it from the US. Problem is the exact model for my system either cost really high ~400$ or is out of stock. Would a similar motherboard work in this case a Saipan-UF (908382-004) instead of a Saipan-2GF (908382-001)? From the images it looks exactly the same but the Saipan-UF doesn't have a dedicated GPU which is not a big deal for me since it is only used for word processing and browsing.

Below are the links to the 2 items i am comparing.

Thanks. I'll go for it, worst case i'm down ~130$. I can instead use the parts to make a desktop i guess if it doesn't work out.
