I am trying to install the Lian Li AIO on my mini itx build (which has been been rather difficult and painful)

It looks like I have to connect a 15 pin SATA from AIO (male) to my Cooler Master PSU (which has a few 5 pin SATA slots remaining). Refer to this pic:
Could I use something like the following to connect them?
https://www.amazon.com/lilila-ree-Adapter-Cooler-Master-Modular/dp/B0CP7QCJGK

It looks like they would fit but chatGPT says the following: Even if your Cooler Master PSU’s 5‑pin connector physically matches the cable, the internal wiring is for SATA power rails—not for providing controlled 12 V + 5 V ARGB power to the AIO.

In that case, what could be my options? Because I see that most of the other slots in the PSU are already taken.

The 5 pin on the PSU is just for power, no RGB anyway. Not sure why chatGPT is mentioning RGB unless you specifically asked about RGB in your question. Which Lian Li AIO is it? The cable you linked to looks like it could be the correct one, but the issue with modular power supplies is that cables are not universal. Since the one you linked to says it works with Cooler Master PSUs you could be fine, but it is unclear if Cooler Master has used different pinouts with this 5 pin port. I'm guessing you were unable to locate the original cables that came with your PSU? It might be worth reaching out to Cooler Master for a replacement cable just to be safe unless someone on Amazon specifically mentions your PSUs model number.
