AIM Warnings?

Does anyone know what governs how much someone gets warned in AIM? Sometimes it's 10, sometimes 20, most of the time (whenever I warn someone, it seems) it's 5.

i think its based on previous warnings and their current warning %

personally i dont see the point in it, if someones bothering you just block them

i do it to my little bros freinds all the time, he leaves his computer on when he is in school and sometimes his freinds on the east coast im him, so i just politely WARN THE HELL OUT OF THEM, until they get kicked off
