AIM virus/trojan

My younger brother clicked on a link and downloaded that aim virus that ran rampant last week. Since then I have ran trojanhunter, spysweeper, spybot, a-squared, and norton. I have also removed and uninstalled all of those small spyware programs in add/remove programs. One i can not delite is a file called Cerex which appears on most of the popups which wont stop. Does anyone know of a specific program that would work for this. Or if you got it how did you fix it?

Thank you in advance for your help

Try Spywareblaster and Spybot Search and Destroy. Also, If you download AntiVir it will stop Trojans the moment they try to get on your HDD with an audible beep and a GUI will pop-up asking what to do with it.

If all fails, Format and Re-Install Windows. Good luck.
