AIM Troubles

well I just signed back on...but AT is running really slow, along with my computer...hm...perhaps I should install a software firewall...
 
Everything keeps going fast, then slow, then fast, then slow, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Though AIM has no problems, didn't get signed off.
