i've used trillian for a couple years now and can't see myself ever NOT using it.

being able to be signed on to aim, icq, msn, and yahoo all at once in ONE WINDOW is effin amazing.

although i didn't think much of the irc abilities.

the bad thing about triton, is that it load some program call aolsoftware and then when you log onto aim, it load aim6, so between those 2 program, they take up 41,000K of system ram on my computer.

I agree that is uses quite a bit of RAM, but like myself, I see that you have 2GB. I'm personally not going to worry about 40MB with Triton or a few more MB being used by FireFox 1.5 as opposed to the older versions. Sloppy programming? Maybe so. But I only have AIM and FireFox open when I am actually using them. Otherwise they are not running, so I don't really care.

I looked at all the adware that triton tried to install, didnt even finish the install, and went and installed GAIM.
