AIM Service - Slow recently?

My AOL Instant Messanger has been unusually slow recently - I can log on, but everyone appears to be offline for up to 5 minutes...

Has anyone else noticed this? I am running AIM 4.7.2480 on Windows 2000.SP2 and Windows 98.

Mine isn't really slow, but it will cut me off alot.

Me too..long log in times, after i send the first msg, it takes awhile.
