AIM Scam? Trying to HiJack My EMail account.

I received this wierd email today from, I think i've gotten another one before but I don't remember what it said I just deleted it. Anyone else get this?

I'd change the password and change the email adress -yourself- to a third account... check what the reply to adress is on the email...
