AIM --> Privacy Options

Since all AIM privacy options are now on the server - I have been having issues accessing them recently.

For the past week or so if I go to

options --> privacy options.

The tab opens - but its grey(disabled) all the time and then just times out with "Unknown Error! Try again later" message. Is anyone having these issues? Can you get to and change your privacy options?
