I still haven't figured out just how they charge you for using WAP browse/AIM. I know if you use the wireless web connection to another device, its just how many minutes you are connected. I can't explain the charges b/c when I had it they never seemed to make sense. I doubt the sprint reps could explain it either. As far as I can tell, oh heck, I dunno.

The best I can explain it is as such: You can log on and stay logged on even when your phone is in standby. When your phone is in standby you are not charged at all. You are only charged minutes when you are using the phone to read messages, send messages, log on/off etc. Hopefully that's what you wanted to know.

THe way how AiM works on SprintPCS is you must have the Wireless Web Option to have it worth it.. You can spend the amount of minutes on wireless web, but it hink its like 40 cents a minute or soemthing.

First you log on with your mini browser, and you browes to the AiM folder.

Then from there, theres a log in feature.

When you recieve a message via AIM, your phone will beep saying you have a message. THen from there, you log back on with the wireless web to check your message.

AiM on Sprint is VERY COMPLICATED then the Voicestream implimenations of AiM.

If you have anymore questions... Press *2 on your phone, and when talking to "Claire" Say "Live Agent"

Let me know if you have anymore questions...
