For some reason certain things that should work are not. Firefox works, internet explorer does not work, AIM does not work and MSN does not work. I get the following error for AIM:
Unknown Error. Try again later.
Error Category 4.
Error Code 1
MSN just can't reach the servers at all and Internet Explorer can't reach a site at all. To my knowledge there is no firewall on this computer and they are not attached to a router at all. What are your thoughts? I ran HiJackThis.....and some other spyware removal programs. What could this be? Thanks.
EDIT: I can get on AIM on my own name, but not on the customer's name. Why would my name work but theres not work?
EDIT: I get the error of 80072efd when I try to run MSN. This has to be something to do with a firewall, but I don't know of there being a firewally on here.
