AIM keeps crashing (JScript.dll)

I'm having problems keeping my AIM 5.9 from crashing. A few minutes in it gives me a jscript.dll error and closes out. I've tried uninstall/reinstalling and it doesn't work. Any ideas on what I should try next? Is Jscript.dll a default windows dll or does it come with the java runtime environments? If it comes with the JRE I can just re-install that. Thanks

BTW i'm using windows xp
 
Chances are if it is JScript.dll, they don't mean Java, they mean JScript.

Java != (JScript kindof equals JavaScript)
