Aim exploit/worm?

I think theres a new aim worm going around possibly that has someone on your buddy list pretend to IM you and say they want to play cards and they link you to a site. After this the person signs off saying BRB but then aim always IMs people that you can't see and they are told the same thing. It also disabled task manager and keeps maximizing the buddy list window. Anyone know anything else about this?
 
Thanks but that didn't work. I was able to remove it from one computer with a system restore but my other computer still has it because system restore is not enabled on it. Has anyone else gotten this or a fix for it. I think this version is very new.
